    • Sale Items: Shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £4.95.

    • Gift Vouchers: Sent via Royal Mail 1st Class - £2.95.

    • Free Delivery: Available on orders over £150.

  2. Dispatch Times:

    • Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email confirming your item has been shipped. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Returns Policy:

    • Sale Items: All sale items are final and non-returnable unless they are faulty.

    • For other items, please contact us if you encounter an issue.
