STORE POLICY
Returns & Refunds Policy
Under The Consumer Rights Act 2015 (CRA), bespoke, personalised, or customised goods are not eligible for returns or cancellations due to a change of mind. If the goods are made in accordance with the contract but the consumer decides they no longer want them or dislike them, there is no obligation to accept a return or provide a refund.
Faulty or Non-Conforming Goods
If goods are faulty or do not conform to the contract, the following terms apply:
-
Within 30 Days: If a fault is discovered within 30 days of receipt, the consumer is entitled to request a full refund. However, the consumer may need to provide evidence of the fault or non-conformance.
-
30 Days to 6 Months: For faults discovered after 30 days but within six months of receipt, it is assumed the fault existed from the time of delivery. In this case, the seller is required to offer a remedy, such as repair, replacement, or a full refund. If the seller wishes to avoid providing a remedy, they must prove the fault did not exist at delivery.
-
After a Repair/Replacement: If the goods remain faulty after repair or replacement, the consumer can exercise their Final Right to Reject and request a full refund.
-
After 6 Months: After six months from receipt, the burden of proof shifts to the consumer to show that the fault was present at the time of delivery. If a refund is issued after this period, the seller may reduce the refund amount to account for the depreciation and usage of the goods over time.
