Tips and Advice

...............

THE MOST ACCURATE WAY TO GET YOUR FINGER MEASURED IS TO VISIT YOUR LOCAL JEWELLERY STORE.

...............

Warmer temperatures can make your fingers swell and cooler temperatures can make your rings loose.

...............

Make sure you are a comfortable temperature and haven't been doing anything that would allow your fingers to swell, such as exercise or any activity raising your heart rate.

...............

BEAR IN MIND THE RING STYLE AND WIDTH.

Top heavy rings like cluster rings and signet rings can have the tendency to spin.

Wider rings with a flat inside will tend to feel "snugger" than a narrow or court shape ring.

"One size" doesn't necessarily "fit all".

...............

Your left and right hand often measure differently, depending which is your most dominant hand.

Make sure you measure the correct finger for where the ring is intended to be worn.

...............

TAKE NOTICE OF YOUR FINGER SHAPE.

If you have wider knuckles, you will need to make sure the ring fits over the widest part of of your finger.

...............

If you are wearing more than one ring on the same finger, you may need to go slightly larger on the ring size as the fit overall can become more snug.

...............

Pinky rings can be more vulnerable to feeling loose, especially after washing hands or being out in the cold, so it may be worth considering a slightly smaller size if it still feels comfortable.
