Ring Sizing Tips

  • Time of Day: Measure your ring size at your most “average” time of day. Don’t do it after a workout or being out digging up the garden for example.

  • Temperature: Ensure your hands are at a normal body temperature; cold fingers can shrink and give a smaller measurement, and warmer weather or activities can swell your fingers.

  • Dominant Hand: Remember that your dominant hand may be slightly larger so your ring size may be around a size or so different.

  • Pregnancy: During pregnancy, your fingers often swell, so you might want to stop wearing your rings temporarily or consider resizing them during and after your pregnancy.

  • Medication: Certain medications can also cause swelling, so keep this in mind when determining your ring size.
